You will not find rows of treadmills, ellipticals and shiny weight machines here. Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved.
Maybe lifting heavy weights is not quite your thing yet or you need a little extra work on the cardiac muscle. Well than CardioFit is for you. This class still focuses on functional movements, but leaves out the weightlifting. This 60 minute class is loaded with FUN and is sure to leave your heart pumping and a puddle of sweat on the floor.
Our weekly olympic weightlifting classes will focus solely on developing your skill and technique in the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Each class is lead by a USAW Certified Coach. During the class we will work on stretching and mobility, skills and drills work, and of course some lifting. Wether you have aspirations to compete or just want to improve your technique, then you’ll want to check out this class.
