You will not find rows of treadmills, ellipticals and shiny weight machines here. Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved.
IGNITE Bootcamp is a 45 minute high intensity, heart pumping, sweat pouring training program. We’ve taken our 10 years of experience and created a phenomenal combination of body weight and cardio movements, paired them with light strength training. To create a full body workout aimed to burn those calories and increase lean muscle mass. There are no barbells or complex exercises here, making this class is ideal for the newcomer, but still intense enough for a seasoned athlete to get a great challenge.
Our weekly olympic weightlifting classes will focus solely on developing your skill and technique in the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Each class is lead by a USAW Certified Coach. During the class we will work on stretching and mobility, skills and drills work, and of course some lifting. Wether you have aspirations to compete or just want to improve your technique, then you’ll want to check out this class.
We offer personal training sessions for those looking for a little extra instruction on some skills, or just want a few one on one lessons lessons to become comfortable with the program. Pricing and times vary please contact us to schedule personal training sessions.
Our CrossFit Kids class is open for children ages 5-12. Kids will be in two groups (5-8 and 9-12). The younger kids will focus on introducing functional movements along with fun games each class. Our older kids will work on functional movements and basic strength training.
Kids classes run 1-2 sessions per year and last for 8 week per session. Please stayed tuned for our Kids 2020 schedule, which will be released soon.
