Well, then our 6 Week Challenge is for you!
Our 6 Week Challenge is designed to help you get the results you have been desiring and help lead you down the path to a healthier, happier lifestyle. This challenge is designed for beginners, but will challenge even the frequent gym goers. This is not a “Biggest Loser” only type challenge. All transformation goals are welcome and encouraged here.
Someone who is ready to make a commitment to change their health and fitness for the better.
You must be able to commit to the entire 6 weeks.
You must commit to at least 3 group workouts per week at our facility
You must commit to follow the nutritional guidance recommended for the entire 6 weeks
You must be able to be held accountable to: Yourself, Your Coaches, Your Fellow Challenge Members
The Challenge runs April 9th - May 18th (Meet & Greet and Initial assessment/weigh-in meeting Saturday April 7th @11am)
Up to 5 group training sessions per week designed to get you results and led by one of our expert coaches.
Workout Time Options: 10am Mondays and Wednesdays, 6am and 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays and 10am Saturdays
Nutritional Guidance and accountability, meal planning and recipes
Community Support through a private Facebook group with frequent coach interaction
A motivating, fun and supportive group atmosphere. Where failure is not an option.
